If you are fighting Candida, peanuts are not a good idea. Peanuts are loaded with fungus (forget the type, sorry). But definitely not recommended for a Candida diet.

Almonds are a much better choice.

And all seeds and nuts should be soaked overnight in salt water (or water with whey) to make them more digestible.
