Hi
due to my unhealthy lifestyle and allergies my body is coverd with scars/stretch marks. most scars(except the stretch marks) are superficial, but I have dark skin so they are very noticable.

I dont see any point in trying oils, skin brush etc. without a proper diet/lifestyle.
To be frankly honest ,I havent had vegetables in months, my taste buds are totally ruined I cant eat the majority of vegetables without throwing up or feeling like it
I hardly excercise, the only excercise I get is walking from the house to the car.


Im thinking that Water Fasting is the way to go for me, at least health wise!
But will it get rid of scars? (heal my skin??)

I want to eventually fast for 25 days:
only water, no enemas or supplements.


Any feedback/answers would be appreciated !!
