Well the difference mainly is that Stevia is a much stronger sweet, and also will not
help fight plaque.
I like them both,
xylitol you can exchange in exact measuring in a recipe that calls for sugar,
and will taste very similar, but is not the refined processed toxic addictive sugar,
and Is good for you. It has none of the charcteristics of Sugar as far as blood sugar
drops internally so is a very good option for diabetics etc.
Like I said , I RARELY sweeten anything *smile*
but when I do , I use one of these two or raw organic honey.
So I keep all 3 handy
