so...pretty much everything i eat i'm not supposed to? this will be fun.

how do you manage on this diet?

i don't even KNOW what spelt, rye, kamut and legumes are!

I've read through the food index of what's recommended for us A's...but I'm really worried i'll stay hungry. Does this really fill you up?
