Just to be clear, the comments from Blueduck are not following Blood Type Diet recommendations, not that I don't agree with some of them. Personally, I think the problem with dairy is the way it is raised commerically, not dairy itself, so I would pursue realmilk.com to notmilk.com. And coconut oil is an avoid for type A according to Dr. D'Adamo's Blood Type Diet , but personally I am not so sure about that and do use it (extra virgin, of course).
Just about anyone would tell you to avoid bologna. Following blood type guidelines the following from your list would also be avoided as much as possible: ham, cheddar cheese, cheese sticks, oranges, bananas, lots of cantelope and honeydew melon, whole wheat bread, baked chips [presuming they are made from potatoes], wheat&cheddar crackers, beef jerky, oats&honey cereal [depending whether there is wheat in them], bran cereal, shredded wheat cereal, lactose free milk, beef, flour tortillas, guacemole, queso [not sure why this is after spicy, you mean cheese, no?], jalepenos, hot sauce, red pepper, pistacchios, cashews, meat&tomato pasta sauce, meat loaf [if beef or pork], new, white, sweet potatoes, olives black and green.
Type A can have some white flour, but since it is refined, many just avoid it altogether . . . seeking out spelt, rye, kamut, rice products instead. For starches, in general, beneficial legumes (you could check through the typebase list at dadamo.com) are preferred to grains.
