Copper comes out pretty quick. 1-2 months, something like that. Supplementing Zinc and molybdenum and Vit C is exactly what u want to do.
1) take these supplememts for 2-3 months….see how u feel. Maybe do another hair test? I did as I wanted to again eat the foods I excluded.
Quantities per day: zinc 100mg, Molybdenum 1,000 mcg, Vit c can be upto bowel tolerance which for me was 12-14 grams per day.
Ideally they should be taken in divided doses at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You should also avoid copper foods, like nuts, beets etc…..google it, you will find a list.
2) You do not have to “chelate” to reduce copper levels, you just have to take those supps and avoid copper foods.
3) getting rid of copper is a one off thing, but depends on why you where storing it up in the first place. It is a sign of mercury toxicity amongst other things.
I took those supplements and got my copper levels down.
If you click the link below and go to “Hair test number 112 series – 38 yrs male London, uk” – that is me and you can see how quick I got my copper levels down. Below the two tests are two descriptions of my issues, the second said what changed & what I did.

Chelating Mercury is another thing altogether
