we still have snow on the ground but its in the forties and melting.

that Iodine is great on lungs, if you can handle it. sounds like you surprised yourself. the reason for the orange juice is to reduce the elemental to iodide. it is the Iodide that can be tolerated better and taken in much larger doses.
