From your previous posts, I would recommend a supplement of probiotic. I don't normally recommend probiotics. If you still have your appendix, you should not need very much. However, you are taking so much meds that it would be beneficial for you to supplement this. I only take one or two probiotic tablets per week.

For constipation, my favorite product is Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #1.

I have also used castor oil externally as well as internal. For external, I don't go through the effort of warm packs as most people do. I just rub about a teaspoon of the oil on my abdomen (stomach and intestines). It is a fairly thick oil. It does penetrate layers of skin though. Then I go to bed. It does not matter if it gets on my bedclothes. The next day, I typically have a great BM.
