You are one of the reasons I decided to take the Nestea Plunge! I have some Smooth Move tea with Senna, but only take it once and got a headache and mixed results. I am reluctant to take Casa Sagarda or the Smooth Move tea, but I may have to try something. I am going to take a colonic this afternoon and go from there. That Probiotic LB17 might be too strong for me, but I probably should take something to replace the Flora, don't you think?
