Started with one drop first day, then increased to 3 the next, followed by increase of two drops each day thereafter, until I was at 10 drops. Second day of ten drops was when I had the problems, and when I decided enough was enough.
No problems leading up to that point, except very slight nausea, but that was only during the first few doses.
I think maybe one or possibly two drops every once in a while is fine, but this race to use as much as you can seems ridiculous to me. People are using 30-40 drops of this stuff per day, for months at a time. Some are even considering I.V's and Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enemas. That seems a little extreme, no, that seems a LOT extreme, and to think that the reason those people feel they need so much is because their bodies are so overrun with pathogens and creepy-crawlies seems to be more paranoia than anything else.
