Hi Plasticat, Boy you have a big problem which I believe would be very difficult to handle emotionally as well as physically. I have family with psorasis whe flaky white kind which also causes much distress. I have some small patches on my elbows and had rather large brown rough area on the under part of my forearm. Although this did not stand out it annoyed me when I leaned on it while reading or writing. I decided to try topical Miracle-Mineral-Supplement using the 1/2 tsp left after taking my dose of 8 drops activated in 4 oz of water. It at first grew irritated and about 6 hard bumps appeared they itched and made a head then burst it was dry so I brushed them off. a couple just remained for two weeks then dropped off as well. The dry spot is now only about 2 inches by 2 inches just below my elbow I am continuing to apply the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement at least 1 time a day. I am also mixing another batch a little stronger for just my body. It drys a little but believe the solution may be absorbed by the skin and therefore help my other skin problems of swollen glands and small tumors. I don't actually know this is helping the treatment but the glands are shrinking. I had reoccuring bumps which I believe were bacterial related which are losing the redness and clearing. It may be uncomfortable for a while but it may also be helping me. If I had a situation such as yours I would do this to a small area to see if it helps. It seems to be helping me to apply it topically. My best wishes to you on this healing journey. I am also doing all I can to support my evacuation channels. I take 3 C epsom salt, 1 C bicarbonate of soda, 1 C hydrogen peroxide and put it in hot bath water and soak. I think this helps I wrap in towels and rest until I quit sweating. I then either shower or wipe down with a wet warm towel. and go to sleep. Soda helps to soothe the skin. Hope you have a happy Holiday. MW
