Hi

I've heard Almond Oil is good for scrubbing the body while cold showering. Is that the Almond Oil that aromatherapists would use? Any good techniques as I imagine it doesn't adhere to the body well?

How does one clean one's hair - with the same stuff?

I'm assuming that one only cold showers - or does one use warm showers for cleaning, and then cold shower at other times just for the body shock?
