You may want to hold here for a while ... maybe for a couple of weeks, and see how your tests and your body does. If you feel better at this level, and continue to do so, then I would suggest that you may never want to go higher.

This 8 x 2 routine will clean out your body ... and you can take advantage of the positive energy to shift your diet to more alkaline.
