Why not try some Cascara Sagrada to stimulate your colon and try to move stuff alone. This can be done in combination with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Also, a great way to help with the constipation would be to add or switch to fresh veggie smoothies using a blender. The fiber from the veggies will help the colon a lot.

And, with regards to the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , I would start on a very low dose (1 drop), build slowly, and stop for a while when you get to 4 or 5 drop dosage.

You are going to have to drink a ton of water while doing Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to help clean out the junk.
