It sounds like the right cleanse.
You will find if you drink a glass of warm water with 1-3 tsp of Epsom Salts (=magnesium sulfate) the pain will go away in 15-20 minutes. This is a sign of gallbladder/liver congestion.
The ES is used as a bandaid, not a cure, you have to do the flush to get all the congestion out.
