hi there! i just recently completed an 18 day UT fast and then did another 6 days on just water - mainly because the detox symptoms were becoming too uncomfortable, and it was too restrictive (having to basically stay at home to drink 100% of my wee). unfortunately, i wasn't able to fast to completion because i had some important appointments that meant i had to drive for 2 hours each way and i was feeling incredibly weak and dizzy. i am still refeeding - for the past week or so - just lots of raw foods and juices and seaweed soup.

anyway, when i first started the fast, i got some ghastly large boil like breakouts on my face. i also have a clyndamycin solution but i didn't use it - i just applied fresh urine twice a day and it cleared up really quickly. after about 15 days i got another breakout and again, the urine healed it super fast. so keep going, it should clear up in no time!

i am now just having a cup in the morning and that seems to be great maintenance. i will do a Liver Flush in the new year and then, if necessary, do another fast (either UT or water) through to completion - which will hopefully be my cure!!
