It would be interesting to read what people say about distilled water but I have not been able to find any distilled water that wasn't acidic. I have heard people say that it is 7.0 but my testing does not show that. I have only read bits and pieces of your thoughts on why distilled is ok. I hope you get a forum to open. :)
