Here are the following things you could try
1.Reflexology over the hands and feet to find out where there is pain and therefore a problem in the related organ/s

2.Go to an acupressure/naturopath for a diagnosis.
3.Cleanse the body (Colon Kidneys and Liver). Methods available on this site.
4.Try a spiritual practise like Pranayama and thus rise above the current situation, transcending the body itself.

5. Lastly, eating a non irritant vegetarian based diet.

These are my suggestions which have worked for me in my own healing. I can't say how much they will help your specific condition, but they are universally helpful in my opinion.
