I can honestly say the lifestyle change is NOT magic! My life is an example of this.

I have been on an alkaline diet for years. I eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables, I juice, I drink grass juices, I eat sprouts, I cleanse regularly (bowel,liver,etc), I drink 80oz of pure filtered water a day, I excercise, etc.

I have taken hundreds of different supplements (every one of them claimed to help the body to be able to heal itself).

The net result of all of this? Nothing.

My skin condition rages on worse than ever. I can barely move my body now. The pain is is so bad. When I walk through the house, dead skin falls from my body and leaves a trail of "snow". I am riddled with biblical infections (boils, cysts, pustles) all over my body. My skin burns and itches so incredibly bad I feel as if I will lose my mind.

So, a lifestyle change is NOT magic. Lifestyle change has done absolutely nothing for me.


Hopefully Miracle-Mineral-Supplement will be the key to the puzzle.
