sorry i may have overstated myself there. i myself have experienced extreme mental and physcial anguish and also times of great peace and enlightenment so i know what both are like and quite frankly i prefer the latter to the former. but you are right, acceptance is the key to transforming any situation you might find yourself in, as fighting against it exaccerbates it, a lesson i need to learn a few more times i guess. i really haven't a clue as to what this forum is supposed to be all about, maybe it has to do with using your emtional/psychic/chi energy to address mental and physical problems as opposed to Liver Flushing or eating raw or what have you.

"correction" i guess would mean going from a place you don't want to be in to a place that you do. then agian from a bhuddist perspective "wanting" is the problem in the first place aint it? then again what are we without desire? is it desiring the "incorrect" thing that is the problem or is it desire itself? alright just rambling here.

does any of that sound correct?
