Hey there...I hope you get this post...this forum is not as active as I would like to see it. There are many with this condition, but most of them are seeking allopathic solutions.

I got rid of my costo for 2 years!! Recently it came back...big time!! I have no idea why.

I think a course of inflammation reducing things helped me.....like cleansing my organs, and sweating (exercise).

I know what you mean about paranoia.....I was there. I was sure I had cancer, lung disease, liver failure.....you name it. But costo is a diagnosis of exclusion, so.....

What happened, did you go? What did he say? I'd love to have a nurse on this site discussing this.
