Sounds great ...advance slowly, maybe a drop per week ... then freeze that advance when you get to the right level and just keep it there (say 4 - 6 drop doses) for a while as you detox.

Drink a LOT of water (a liter per day per 40 lbs of weight), and shift the diet to more alkaline.

Cranberry juice is a good choice ... additional cleansing benefits.

Also, if you really want to smell the chlorine dioxide, and make it more potent, try covering the glass you make the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in with a plate for the 3 mins.
