I'm sorry for the roller coaster you have been on with regards to improvements, and then losing those improvements. I know very well how frustrating and even demoralizing that can be.

When we deal with money, finance and investment, do you know what the number 1 rule is? Protect your assets; when you are out of money, you are out of the game. It is not the big home run, the big score, picking that great stock that is going to go up by 1000%, etc... trying to do this repeatedly will result eventually in the loss of ALL of one's money; the main thing is to protect one's assets.

It is kind of like this with regards to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and health ... the most important thing is to protect one's gains ... go very slowly, very steadily, drink lots, and gradually and gently shift the diet over to living, whole foods and a more alkaline diet.

Shepherd what gains you have ... if you are feeling well on say, 4 - 5 drops, then hang out there for a while, maybe a month, maybe more. Just enjoy the benefits; as those 4 - 5 drops cleanse your initial pathways, they will go deeper and deeper into your body, until eventually you become thoroughly cleansed.

When we feel well, we should protect that, and take advantage of it to jumpstart further progress in diet and emotional work.
