Thanks so much for your reply. It sounds as if you're saying HYPER instead of HYPO. The confusion for me is that it is sometimes brought on by eating high carbs, but the symptoms other than the alcohol breath all match low blood Sugar (hypo). So is it possible it is high initially and then dips low? I had the EMS out once and they did a fingerstick and it was somewhere around 90 during one of these episodes.
