I just did my first dose, with just ACV and water. It smells and tastes like chlorine. And it's got a funny aftertaste. I think I got a good batch :)

I plan to start very slowly. I'm not going to follow the "add a drop every day" protocol. I tend to have really ugly die off symptoms. I may do an "add a drop every week" protocol or something similar. I read how fireguy did "2 drops 4x for years and was doing 1000x better." I'm good with that.

For the first time since I got out of the hospital on Nov 2nd, I now have energy. And I'm not willing to sacrifice that for anything. I'm not fighting a life threatening disease, no need to overdo it. Slow and steady wins the race, or something like that...
