Hi N I would try dabbing soda water on the redness just in a small area and see if this helps. You might also try taking vitamin C just a little to begin with and increase as you find it tolerable. I agree you stirred the pot a little too deep and there is just not enough exit places for all the die off and toxins. Drink at least 1/2 oz of water for every pound you weigh and a little soda water might relieve some of the toxicity. I would take an low enema and take some cascara bark to make sure your bowels are working. Best wishes MW
