Is it Keratosis Pilaris?? Sounds like it could be, but it's hard to tell without a photo.

Sunshine, Oil pulling, bowel cleansing, fasting, liver flushing, demodex killing, Sulphur soaps, coconut oil, general moisturising, urea creams, clean diet and a bunch of other things have been said to help with this. It can be tricky to find what works for you.
