My blood pressure was fairly low, due to adrenal insufficiency and i also have hypothyroidism. I took cortef for the adrenal problem, which corrected itself in a couple of months. I was also adviced to take Seasalt , which the adrenals need apparently.
What i noticed, that within a week my blood pressure went back to normal, my circulation improved, as my cold feet, were now warm, whereas before i got terrible cramps in my feet at night. I didn't have to wear socks in bed anymore.
Normal table salt is not advisable for high blood pressure, but Seasalt seems to stabilize whether high or low.
I did a search to see if anyone had mentioned Seasalt in the past on this forum but it came up with nothing, so thought i would mention this on here.
Merry Christmas to all, and Happy New Year!
