vitamine e label says 400iu of pure e in the form of d-alpha tocopherorol,derived and isolated from 100%natural sources.brand is natural factors it says mixed e 400 ui. she says she can not keep it in have strong urge to expell what should she do when she have urge.Thanks for your help.
