It is understandable that you want to try it, but don't forget if you are rather new here, some of us have been around for a long time.
As it is I could feel my gallbladder yesterday and this morning I did a liverflush to keep the elimation channels open, of course at the same time the Epsom Salts cleans your intestines.
I have been at this since Feb'03. In general my detox is not too bad.
