squash eh....I didn't know that. I've read that most squash seeds are antiparasitic, that would make sense that the rest of it also has these properties too.

how long did you fast, and what type of fast? I've not done juice fasting yet but I suspect it would help. years ago when I was quite weak and much sicker, I tried Water Fasting (bad idea).

juice fasting I think would be okay and not deplete me. I'm also not as sick as before...did you find it helped get rid of some?
