right, but the thing is they can't be removed. They are marks ON the skin. Like i said, they show up where the skin breaks usually, but sometimes they show up anyways. they are marks that are ON the raw skin itself, even if I have skin over it, but they can be seen through the skin that is covering the raw skin- if that makes any sense. if i exfoliate, then they can just be seen even more clearly.
