Wow things really are looking up for you. :) As for that phoone operator I think they got out of things lucky with just hanging up on them. That's just disgusting. It does sound like they will be able to help if you end up going to the US to do your training as it sounds like you have a good chance of doing now.

I think you've made some very important and positive changes in your life and will feel the benefits of them for a long time to come. Your family sounds awesome too responding so supportively to you in your time of need as well.
