If you go the the Argyria section of this document you will find that once the Silver particles are deposited in the skin, this would come about from the improper use of CS, there is almost no way to completely get rid of the BLUE unless you STOP silver intake.

This person is obviously not willing/able to stop CS intake so the agryia protocol will not work:
