Here is a bit more I have dug up...

I still have not found much other than what you pointed us to, or rehashes of the same information over and over again.

I have however, found comment responses to this video...

that stated in part...

"I am going to post that Ron Paul hates fat people along with being a racist" etc. "in my blog".

That is where misinformation starts :-\

People cannot handle the truth... the guy was a little overweight.

What Ron was stating, trying to make a point, is that the government should have no right to tell you what to do with your body.

He says the same thing about abortion... he is against it. Being a doctor and having seen what he has, and having heard some of the horror stories, being a lifetime friend to several OB\GYNs (and understanding their liability for a developing baby\fetus and their outrageous malpractice insurance rates) I can understand his Pro-Life stance. HOWEVER, his belief IS not meant to change or influence your belief or right to Pro-Choice in any way... do what you want.

His point is to keep the federal courts and money from being a part and party to it one way or the other.

The current trend in Washington to trash the Constitution, may have been easily enabled over time by this country's citizens expecting constitutionally compromising benefits to begin with.

Where do we draw the line? What is okay and what is not?
