I'd advise against raising levels on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day! lol... that would be a drag to hit detox then.

Well, I am cooking oatmeal. I had absolutely no ill feelings with 4 drops, but I don't think that's unusual.

I just kind of want to get a general consensus and see if we can see any trends now that more people on this forum have actually begun their journey. I kind of wanted to see also, if the activator made a difference. I have a feeling that lime may be the gentlest, that is what I've used except the first day and today I used ACV.

We'll see!
