I had high cholesterol. Started taking prescribed pills that lowered it to normal.

I decided to test the apple cider vinegar effect on cholesterol, and stopped taking the prescribed pills. I took two spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar and honey that I prepared in a jar twice a day without missing one day.
Guess what? When I had the test three months later, my cholesterol was at the same level that it was before I started my medication. It did not go one step lower.

My opinion: ACV is good to lose a few pounds, probably for something else. I did lose a few pounds. No effect on cholesterol.
