You need insulin.

Inject tiny amount of insulin straight into the leg where the Gangrene started!
Insulin can actually reverse gangrene. There are several reports online of people reversing gangrene by using insulin.
Insulin can also be used to massage the leg, if the gangrene started on her skin.

Other than that, healthy Diet (no junk food, no grains, no sugar, no industrially processed foods )
