Thank you for typing all that out!
And thank you for that little info about UT and meat - I wasn't sure about that one. I only eat chicken/fish, no red meat - about 8oz daily (my naturopath recommended high protein diet for me).
I definitely want to give UT a fair chance - at least till March. Wish me luck :-) and thanks again!
