don't pluck!!!!!!!!! you need all the hair you can get, gray or otherwise!!

i ahve heard that copper deficiency was one aspect of gray hair. but you need organically bound copper. we just discussed this in the acid/alkaline forum. black strap molasses is a great soruce of organic copper. i recenlty have been using a lot of it, but no change in my gray hair. but really its way too early to tell.
