It's OK. Someone gave me the book Oceans of Energy by Silvia Hartmann. I'll read it when I feel emotionally better. I feel like I've fallen into a bottomless pit.

However I don't think the negative memories I have are traumatic, what I consider my problem is my ability to memorize. I can't find a way to change it to not create these kinds of memories (negative ones).
