I would try just the sesame or sunflower oil per the basic OP protocol and see if that changes anything with the tooth sensitivity. You could also reduce the time you are OP'ing. One difficulty with OP is that there is no standard response to the protocol -- the oilpulling.com site offers a lot of information but apart from that, we just have our own archives here.

I do hope you find an approach that works for you.
