I did't say you should't stop experimenting but do it from the inside and not outside as there is something wrong inside. creams and other crap won't do the job. there may seem to give some solace but its just the "feel good" thing and nothing else.

If creams had the power to cure there would be no forum like this and people on this site would't be suffering from EC for ages.

Try to control your stomach acid. Less alkaline that is.......
