when the wals of the gb are thickened, as far as I know, it means you may have an nflammed gb.
When I had my gb attack the walls of it were thickened.I have learned later on that it is a sort of protection from the body, so that it does not burst when you have a gb attack.
Are you in pain? or any discomfort in the gb area?
If so, a flush may drastically help you.
