Hi Arnold,

I really liked olive oil for OP overall, and was given a quart of it last winter so I used it for a long time! But did notice the chartreusing of the teeth effect over time.

I recommend beginning OP by following the standard protocol:

1x day for 20 mins. using sesame or sunflower

That lets the body get used to the process and gives you an idea of how you will react to it. It is seemingly benign, but I and others have had some unpleasant detox -- mostly in the form of mouth sores -- so going slowly at the outset is the thing I would do differently if I had it all to do over again!
