I had little healing crisis and I think it's because I was already doing so much. For instance, I didn't even start the Iodine until after I had done about 20 liver flushes, monthly colonics, essential oil therapy, oil pulling every morning, weekly lymphatic massages, etc. The one thing right away when I began to up my dosage from minimal drops per day was itchy skin.

I did not have any skin eruptions but I used to get big nasty cystic pimples on my face but since liver flushing, I don't get them anymore.
