I'm in the uk too. Your post made me chuckle. The uk GP's are the pits aren't they! I never go. When i or any member of my family get a cold, or cough, my relatives are always saying, go to the doctor, what!! for a cold! What is wrong with people in this country when they visit the surgery, just for a cold. You would think the docs would welcome something interesting like parasites to deal with, oh but i forgot, they don't exist do they!! LOL
