Spdina, i'm with you on the distilled water issue. I know people in their late 80's that are still going strong. All they drink is regular tap water. I drink filtered water and that is good enough for me and my family. Being hypo, i need all the minerals i can get. It seems to be pushed at people, right across all the forums. This attitude, that tap water will kill you, i think is ridiculous. This is my opinion, in case anyone tries to tread on me for saying anything against the holy water, and i have a right to voice that opinion. Keep distilled water in its own forum.
