468.75 mg per day? holey moley...the io-docs put their difficult patients on 100...and yeah, it can take a while.
and no change at all in your breasts? mmkay, that's it. I want you to read the lymph thread down the page. Pay special attention to the Z-water info. And take off your bra:) I MEAN it! Also read the bra thread, further down, might be a page back now.
Are you taking the companion supplements and salt-loading? Details on salt-loading, if you don't mind, I've got a theory floating around in my head.
A lot of people have reported a reduction or eradication of stones....
You have a good attitude, yup, we didn't get here overnight, did we? and there are no quick fixes.
I just went up to 100 mg a few weeks back as I have an area left that was not disappearing as quickly as I'd like, and I, like you, don't experience any detox anymore.
You might try pulsing your dosing, 5 days on, 2 days off...
