Hopinso, you didn't step on anything! What a cute post! Throwing a little humor and individualization in this tedious program makes it seeem so much easier. Where has this post been hiding? I have read endlessly and haven't come across this one. For us who are so congested this is of the utmost importance to understand. I am SOOOO glad you brought it to the forefront. This is a very important thread from what I can see.
I have followed the "recipie" for ingredients and time-wise in the application of the LF's. I've suffered in between times (big time)not really convinced I could do these back to back and feel much better. Just chock this all up to having to deal with the newbie dummies until they finall get "it" under their belts! Better out than in; better late than never! Thanks so much!
